This is so much fun. I was allowed to work with a German family in December 2021. Of course, we spoke wonderful German and that is so nice for the German mom and dad.

How wonderful to be able to help new moms and dads. I was able to help baby Noes in May 2020. What a sweetheart she is.

How wonderful to be able to come back for a second child! Below is a piece of a family where I was able to work years ago with the big brother. I was here in August 2019
We met Marjolein after the birth of our first son, more than four years ago. At the time, she was still working for an agency and ‘coincidentally’ ended up with us. And what a joy it was to have her in our home! She taught us everything we needed to know about caring for a newborn baby, gave us great breastfeeding tips and took over the household on her own initiative – including providing an extensive lunch at the weekend. A great start that we often look back on with great pleasure.
A year later, she started Kraamzorg aan de Amstel and when I became pregnant again, we contacted her immediately. This time, she was also present at the home birth – very nice to have her calm, knowledge and expertise at the bedside. Together with the midwife, she ensured a relaxed (as far as that is possible ;) and pleasant birth. In the days that followed, Marjolein was there for us again with all the support we needed. She is relaxed, flexible and hands-on. Highly recommended, guaranteeing a wonderful maternity week.

After a stormy home birth, with total rupture and then a hospital stay, the first days of confinement were quite difficult. Marjolein was a great help on both a physical and emotional level. She responded well to personal wishes and needs to help us as new parents on our way. Her expertise also came in very handy with breastfeeding. She transfers her knowledge in a pleasant way and easily adapts her explanation and help to the needs of the family. Kraamzorg aan de Amstel is tailor-made maternity care. Marjolein helped us out when a large maternity care company we had registered with unexpectedly went bankrupt. Fortunately, we were able to turn to her and she let us experience how nice it is to receive personal attention.
Marjolein has a large bag of tricks with knowledge and experience, which she applied well to our personal situation and needs. For example, introducing the baby to our dogs, and of course dressing and changing the baby. In addition, she helped us very well with breastfeeding. She also relieved us of our worries in the household. This allowed us to fully enjoy our first week as new parents.
